The Energy is present within and around us intangibly – Something which we feel and sense. The way we interact with the energy defines one individual.  Tai chi has a concept where the practioner uses opponent’s energy to defend oneself and even the opponent the one who attacks. While it’s not only the physical energy, we are here considering about physical, mental, emotional and environmental. The purity of one person can feel the energy around and within but how we deal with it – sometimes we need to douse, face it head on, defend it or bear it. So that our situation is under our control but in the process the karma and sensitivity lies within.  If we feel separate from energy around our response will be different than when we feel one with it. How to Deal with Energies

Dealing with energy or specifically the negativity within and around us requires the spiritual energy to defend oneself and even heal – some surrender to the symbols of god or to the universe, some take the charge of it and defend themselves head-on either through conversation or with sam, dam, dand or bhed. The basis of all is strengthening or empowering oneself within and evolving.

The first step towards the path is conserving the energy and channelizing in the directions exactly like Arjuna of Mahabharata whose sole aim was to pierce the eye of the bird (toy) placed on the tree, he was nor looking before or beyond but the target. The second is understanding the karma and dharma as Lord Krishna has explained in Geeta – the conversation between Krishna & Arjuna. The third is practicing and training our mind and emotions creating a safety net around oneself.

Chakra Cleansing

The Chakra cleansing and channelizing them helps the individual to balance the energies. It is exactly like the child who has so much of energy that whole day he wants to play and hardly gets tired of it, and if we not let them exhaust, it affects their emotions and intelligence.

Chanting

Mantra chanting also empowers and creates the energy shield around us. As per the dasha and the placement of planets in ones jatakam, the mantra can be chosen and chanted.

 

Nature

Nature is another form of a healer and one of the best as well. Cleansing the body internally and bringing change in external environment. Any form of conscious effort align us in one direction which removes the irrelevance and keeps ones focus just becoming like a white swan which filters the irrelevance of milk in the form of water.

Creating an energy field and protecting oneself through ‘Energy circle’ is one of the modality similar to Yantra science and talisman. It’s an effective modality related to switchwords and numbers.
